ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support our Legal team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. This role will own the first-pass review and drafting of routine commercial agreements, manage contract intake and workflows, and maintain our contract templates and systems. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, reducing risk, and ensuring consistency across the company's contracting processes. Some of the responsibilities you can expect include the following: - Conduct first-pass review and redlining of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and standard services agreements using established playbooks - Draft contracts from approved templates and apply appropriate fallback positions - Escalate non-standard, complex, or high-risk issues to the Associate General Counsel - Triage incoming contract requests and route them appropriately - Maintain contract status trackers, including execution, renewals, and expirations - Ensure complete documentation (SOWs, exhibits, insurance certificates, data
