ABOUT THE ROLE This role serves as the legal lead for the company's public company reporting, corporate governance, and capital markets activities. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering meaningful ownership of core public company functions and direct involvement in the company's strategic growth, financing, and governance initiatives. The role offers broad exposure to complex financing, governance, and strategic matters arising from a rapidly evolving business operating at the intersection of energy infrastructure, AI infrastructure, and digital assets. - You will own the SEC reporting lifecycle, including oversight and preparation of all 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy, and related securities filings, while ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and disclosure controls. - You will partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors on governance, disclosure, and other public company matters.
