Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Spike) San Francisco | Hybrid | Singapore | Remote ABOUT HUD HUD https://www.hud.ai/ is building infrastructure to create RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents, as well as a marketplace to sell these to frontier labs through the HUD marketplace. Our platform is used by frontier labs, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. We've raised $15M from top VCs and were YC W25. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a full-stack engineer who spikes in front-end to build a polished user experiences for a high-performing product. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend, with a strong emphasis on user experience - Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, intuitive user interfaces with strong attention to detail - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility - Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power core product functionality - Talk directly with customers, understand their workflows, and turn messy real world feedback into product improvements EXPERIENCE You may be a good fit if you have: - Strong experience owning products end-to-end and working across the stack - Evidence of rapid learning and adaptability in technical environments (e.g., programming competitions) - A portfolio of shipped products, side projects, or live demos that demonstrate your frontend craftsmanship - Startup experience in early-stage technology companies with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments - Familiarity with current AI tools and LLM capabilities - Strong communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones Strong candidates
