Lean Specialist - Lincoln, NH Lincoln, NH Job Overview The Lean Specialist will focus on continuous improvement efforts for the site, including being responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of the Hubbell Manufacturing System. This includes leading Kaizen and other Lean events as business needs shows which invovle improvement in material flow, labor structure, facility layout, maintenance, and expenses to grow profitability by improving operations overall. This position is accountable for improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people. The Lean Specialist is responsible for manufacturing process improvements, identifies opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction, and quality improvement. On any given day, you'll make a difference by: Leader in the development and sustainment of the Hubbell Manufacturing System for the site. Facilitating and overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of waste reduction (i.e., LEAN) initiatives through formal Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Events. Driving a LEAN culture throughout the facility - promoting, encouraging, and coaching. Employing the use of LEAN tools and methodologies to drive improvement initiatives.
