Continuous Improvement Specialist - Littleton, NH Littleton, NH Job Overview The Continuous Improvement Specialist will partner with Plant Management to identify improvement opportunities and build actionable plans that deliver measurable results. This position is responsible for implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing or service settings. The role focuses on enhancing productivity and safety, reducing costs, and improving quality and efficiency through lean manufacturing techniques and process improvements. #LI-MM1 A Day In The Life Analyze current processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement process changes and improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Use lean tools such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc., to optimize operations. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception through completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives. Collect and analyze data to track performance and improvement in key metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project results and findings to management and stakeholders. Train and coach employees on continuous improvement concepts and tools. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Ensure that processes remain compliant with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
