Our Care Pro Hiring Associates manage a high-volume hiring pipeline, helping Care Professional candidates navigate from application through onboarding completion. This role is critical in building rapport with candidates, providing proactive and reactive support, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant for state and national regulations. Hiring Associates are accountable for meeting key hiring KPIs, including conversion rates, time-to-hire, and weekly hiring goals, by combining personalized engagement with operational excellence.
