You will lead virtual onboarding experiences, assess candidate readiness through discussion and scenario-based evaluations, and serve as a key decision-maker in the hiring process. In addition to onboarding new Care Pros, you will support ongoing development through targeted training, reassessments, and upskilling initiatives that help maintain our high standards of care.
