Subcontracts Specialist II Tempe, AZ, United States Subcontracts Specialist II Tempe, AZ, United States and 4 more (Hybrid) Job Description As a Subcontracts Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations. In this role, you will impact the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and program requirements. Your expertise in subcontract management will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 1+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain. Negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements WE VALUE Bachelor's Degree preferred. DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15) Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycle. Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc. Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions Ability to work independently Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP, and other business tools used in the execution of subcontracts management activities.
