We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled security engineering minded supervisor to manage a team of software developers. This team will maintain and continually improve internal tools that support cybersecurity workflows, risk assessments, and technical collaboration. This role emphasizes crafting intuitive, robust solutions that empower engineers and cybersecurity analysts across product lifecycles-balancing usability, availability, compliance, and performance. You'll work directly with cybersecurity SMEs, systems engineers, and risk managers to design toolsets that reduce friction, elevate transparency, and accelerate decision-making in product security and governance processes. Responsibilities As a key member of our growing product security team, you'll leverage your proven experience and... Manage day to day activity and milestones of the software engineering tools team. Coordiante 24x7 support and maintenance of the tool chain with counterparts around the globe. Faciliatate sprint planning and alignment with Cybersecurity Aerospace Tooling Director's execution plan and milestones. Contribute to strategic intiatives and roadmaps enabling and delivering key security tool chain and analytics capabilities. Contribute to internally developed cybersecurity tooling, including the Product Cyber Security Risk Register tooling for Honeywell Aerospace, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability Support development and maintenance of custom Jira integrations, enabling seamless collaboration and data flow across risk, compliance, cybersecurity vulnerability tooling, and engineering platforms Deliver enterprise-ready tooling that meets high availability
