You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand test requirements and assist in analyzing test results to contribute to product improvements. You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Mississauga, ON location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by ensuring that test activities are executed efficiently and effectively, helping to deliver high-quality aerospace solutions that meet customer expectations. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that applies its experience, expertise, and knowledge in meeting the complex demands of Environmental Development and Qualification testing for commercial and military aerospace programs. The work is very hands-on, the culture is fast paced, challenging, and supportive; you will be responsible for maintaining the high professional standards and exceptional reputation of the Toronto Engineering Labs.
