You will report directly to our Information Systems Security Manager, and you'll work out of our Woburn, MA location on an onsite work schedule. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for updating internal processes to increase Information Security Team efficiencies. Will document our current and future Linux, Cisco, and Microsoft network architecture and work closely with our Information Systems Security Manager and Facility Security Officer to coordinate networking issues affecting our Production efforts. Will work daily to develop and update our robust cybersecurity policies that keep our systems secure. Supporting Operational Requirements to include troubleshooting/triage of customer IT tickets. Will administer the implementation of security measures to ensure compliance with government authorization requirements. Will maintain and administer our network using tools such as Trellix, Splunk, and Veritas Backup Exec, and Nessus. Will monitor and troubleshoot our closed Windows Active Directory
