Contracts Representative II Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Contracts Representative II Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (Hybrid) BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description Honeywell Aerospace US LLC | Law and Contracts Team Position Summary The Contracts Representative II is an entry-level position within the Law and Contracts Team responsible for reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, reviewing and analyzing contract documents, and supporting the broader contracts function across Honeywell Aerospace's commercial, defense, and government programs. Key Responsibilities NDA Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements with Honeywell Aerospace vendors and suppliers, applying Honeywell Aerospace standard terms and approved fallback positions. Contract Document Review: Review and analyze contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with company policies, applicable regulations, and flow-down requirements. Terms and Conditions Analysis: Identify non-standard or high-risk provisions in contract documents and escalate to senior team members as appropriate. Compliance Support: Help ensure contract documents align with FAA regulations, DFARS, FAR, and AS 9100 requirements as applicable. Records and Administration: Maintain accurate contract files, track document status, and support the team's contract management systems and databases. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with program management, engineering, finance, supply chain, and legal teams to gather inputs and resolve contract-related questions. Process Improvement: Assist in developing and refining templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for the contracts function. Training and Development: Build knowledge of Honeywell Aerospace's product lines, customer and supplier base, and regulatory environment through on-the-job learning and mentorship from senior contracts professionals.
