What You'll Do Here: We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Manager to ensure our Scottsdale office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various operational tasks, maintain a welcoming and organized workspace, and lead event planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Daily Operations: Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office, leading a variety of administrative functions. - Workplace Operations: Oversee employee in-office experience, conference room, kitchen supplies, and mail management to ensure everything is organized and well-stocked. - Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and hosting in-office and virtual company-wide events, handling logistics and coordination to ensure successful
