About this role
Human Resources (HR) Benefits Representative Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Benefits Representative within the Corporate HR Department. This full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position is located at Hobby Lobby's corporate campus in Oklahoma City. This position works closely with other members of the HR/Benefits/Leave/Legal Department. Position Overview The Benefits Representative is responsible for providing assistance in enrollment, communication, and administration of employee benefits. This position reports to the Benefits Supervisor. Responsibilities include: - Process health, life, LTD, and Flexible Spending benefits elections and changes - Process changes in status and special enrollment events for benefits - Assist with online enrollment system design and audits - Generate and process weekly Flexible Spending reports and Flexible Spending audit - Assist and respond to life insurance and LTD claim inquiries - Process and respond to Qualified Medical Child Support Orders - Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits for the Health Plan - Problem solve with employees and third-party administrators - Understand and interpret plan documents - Distribute benefits packets for newly eligible employees - Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
