Job Summary HighRadius Technologies is seeking a data-driven Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of its Record-to-Report (R2R) suite into an Autonomous Accounting platform. This role goes beyond traditional workflow products, focusing on building intelligent, AI-led systems that execute financial processes at scale.You will work closely with global CFO organizations, translate complex financial data challenges into scalable product solutions, and own end-to-end product outcomes with high autonomy. Key Responsibilities - Perform deep exploratory data analysis on financial datasets (GL, sub-ledgers, bank statements) to identify gaps in automation performance - Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose issues in matching, accruals, and amortization logic - Define and track performance metrics to measure product impact and ROI - Drive the transition from customized solutions to scalable, out-of-the-box products - Own the complete product lifecycle for R2R modules such as reconciliations, accruals, amortizations, and intercompany processes - Ensure product scalability and seamless deployment across global
