What you will work on - Build and own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all Higgsfield hiring needs - from sourcing to closing. - Hire elite software engineers, ML researchers, AI engineers, and prompt engineers , as well as key roles across product, operations, growth, and business functions. - Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar platforms to identify and engage top candidates. - Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach both technical and non-technical passive candidates in competitive markets. - Partner with founders and leadership to understand requirements across functions and design recruiting strategies accordingly. - Craft and deliver compelling narratives that sell Higgsfield's mission and vision to world-class talent
