What you will work on - Own and manage day-to-day HR operations , ensuring all employee lifecycle processes are compliant, efficient, and well-documented. - Maintain and administer HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, policies, internal orders, leave records, and other statutory documents) in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan . - Support the onboarding of new employees from a legal and labor compliance perspective, including contract preparation, document verification, and regulatory registrations where required. - Coordinate and manage relocation processes for international employees , including employment formalities, local compliance requirements, and integration into Kazakhstan's legal framework. - Act as the internal point of contact for labor law matters and employee
