THE JOB: As an Automotive Sales Lot Attendant , you will play a key role in creating a strong first impression by ensuring our vehicles and sales lot are organized, presentable, and customer-ready. By taking ownership of inventory flow and lot appearance, you'll help deliver a seamless and professional experience for both customers and team members. THE WAGE: $16.00/hr Hiring Bonus: $1,000 total $500 after 90 days $500 after 180 days THE DAY-TO-DAY: Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management, logging new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system Maintain lot merchandising standards by ensuring vehicles are frontline ready with correct pricing stickers, buyer's guides, and frame plates Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with shuttling vehicles to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and picking up customers as needed Assist with maintaining fuel logs,
