Propulsion Test Engineering Intern - Fall 2026 Jacksonville, FL Hermeus is a venture-backed defense aviation company reclaiming the lost art of rapid iterative prototyping to build the fastest aircraft in the world today. By prioritizing relentless hardware iteration, we deliver high-speed systems at the pace of the modern battlefield. We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage. At Hermeus, we are constantly iterating and integrating. We test early and often to minimize technical and program risk. We build the test campaigns that support our full range of test programs spanning development, operational and certification testing. As a Propulsion Test Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with high-performance propulsion systems, supporting engine and system-level testing. You will work closely with engineers and technicians to set up test campaigns, monitor data, and troubleshoot issues, directly contributing to Hermeus' hypersonic development efforts. Hermeus is seeking talented students to join our Propulsion Test team in Jacksonville for the Spring & Summer 2026 semesters.
