Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners, building owners, and key decision-makers, while ensuring team members do the same to deliver best-in-class customer service aligned with Healthpeak core values (W.E. C.A.R.E). Conduct annual performance evaluations and oversee day-to-day team management, including coaching, development, and other HR functions as assigned.
