Licensed Child & Family Therapist (Measurement-Informed Care) – Part-Time (California) Remote Little Otter and Hazel Health have joined forces to expand access to high-quality, comprehensive care for children and families nationwide. Little Otter is a clinician-founded mental health company delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families through a structured, measurement-informed care model. We're building a model where clinicians can see real outcomes from their work while providing accessible, whole-family care. The Role We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-informed care model. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, track progress, and inform treatment. What You'll Do - Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 6-17) and their families - Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities - Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform Assessment & Measurement-Informed Care - Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients - Perform multi-dimensional evaluations , including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors - Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated - Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care - Track client progress using session-level measures , incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives Minimum Qualifications - Master's-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW,
