Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control, and energy solutions at our company-owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This is a onsite position reporting into Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a skilled Power BI Sales Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and reports that empower both field sales teams and leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Power BI, including strong proficiency in DAX, M language, and Power Query. This role requires the ability to build scalable data models, create impactful visualizations, and uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity. A solid understanding of financial principles-particularly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements-is preferred.
