Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is based in Clemmons, NC. Position Overview: The Import & Export Specialist will support Hayward's Global Transportation and Trade Compliance functions, ensuring compliance with international regulations while optimizing import and export operations. This role is responsible for export and import documentation, import/export compliance activities related to document creation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Specialist will also play a key role in system migration initiatives, process improvements, and cost reduction efforts, working cross-functionally with logistics, commodities, international suppliers, IT, freight forwarders, brokers.
