Blow Molding Supervisor Clemmons, NC, US Overview Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is fully onsite, based in Clemmons, NC. Supervise all aspects of the blow molding department in such a manner that safety, quality and productivity are maximized. Responsible work cells include BM18, BM19, BM20, LAT01, SF002, and Valve Business Unit. Responsibilities Direct all direct and indirect personnel assigned to the responsible cells (Coordinators, operators, material handlers, process and setup technicians, etc.) Make assignments and prioritize the tasks needed to reach department and company goals. Ensures that all personnel wear the required PPE and follow all safety rules in the area Train all personnel relative to standard work, ensure compliance with the work procedures, and that work cells are meeting required takt time. Establish staffing levels required to meet production demands. Make hiring recommendations
