Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is based in Clemmons, NC. Position Overview: The successful candidate will use the required skills to assist the supervisor and manager in running the production department Responsibilities Perform Assembly Lead-Person duties and responsibilities for multiple production lines, having a thorough and in depth working knowledge of the same. Identify aptitude and skills strengths of individual employees and position employees on jobs to achieve or exceed established production standards. Must have good cell balance aptitude and demonstrate ability to run production following the “standard work” and BOM in a “one piece flow” format. Must audit parts (BOM) and process inputs to ensure quality and integrity of the product.
