Field Engineer (Haskell, TX) Haskell, TX 79521, USA Field Engineer (Haskell, TX) Haskell, TX 79521, USA Posted Thursday, April 2, 2026 SUMMARY While on a project, the Field Engineer reports to field level management, who has ultimate responsibility for both the quality of Haydon's deliverable and effective execution of project assignments. The Project Superintendent and Project Manager may delegate certain project management responsibilities to the Field Engineer, including day-to-day interaction with the Owner's designated representative as well as coordination of all internal activities performed by Haydon's staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Technical support for field operations RFI's Quality Assurance/Quality Control Quantity Tracking & Verification including performing work Takeoffs. Extensive regular contact with assigned crews and subcontractors Participates in Owner and Subcontractor Meetings Assisting with Layout Introduction to Subcontractor Management COMPETENCIES To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; develops realistic action plans.
