About the Role As a Propulsion Technician within the Propulsion team, you will play a critical role in accelerating our development cycle by taking ownership of our state-of-the-art motor testbench platform. You will work in close contact with propulsion engineers to alleviate their testing workload, ensuring that our motors and propellers meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This is a hands-on role where your diligence in testing and organisation of hardware inventory will directly impact the flight capabilities of our autonomous systems. Responsibilities - Test Execution: Conduct comprehensive test campaigns for motors and propellers using internal propulsion team tools. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and repeatability of all test results; identify anomalies or resonant frequencies and collaborate with engineers to find root causes. - Inventory Management: Responsible for the management and labeling of testing equipment, including motors, propellers, and stators. - Process Optimization: Maintain and implement improvements in test methodologies to increase efficiency and data quality.
