About the Role As we are scaling our marketing efforts across product launches, international events, digital initiatives, and brand campaigns. As the volume and complexity of projects increase, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to ensure execution excellence across all marketing initiatives - particularly those involving external agencies. Reporting to the Head of Marketing within the Sales & Marketing department, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from brief to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines. Responsibilities - Lead the execution of agency-driven marketing projects (e.g. campaigns, digital initiatives) from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met. - Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales) and external partners (agencies, freelancers), ensuring alignment on deliverables, feedback cycles, and approvals. - Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and tracking systems to monitor progress across all active projects. - Support the preparation and delivery of key marketing milestones including
