Job Summary The Talent Manager reports to the Head of Talent Management COE and is responsible for leading a Center of Excellence area (talent management and leadership development) in creating, implementing and supporting the company's talent platforms to execute business strategy. The Talent Manager will provide thought leadership and facilitate the development and delivery of a strategic framework for talent initiatives and programs across the enterprise, proactively integrating global perspectives in the development of strategies, processes, and metrics in Harley-Davidson's worldwide locations.
