Job Summary The Systems Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers who are responsible for complete system technical correctness and the delivery of great Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Primary focus will be on technical delivery of lighting, handlebar and handcontrol systems for both motorcycle and accessory projects. The manager is also responsible for driving and maintaining system-level strategies and technical knowledge, while ensuring team adherence to the organization's product development process.
