The seasonal Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for Museum retail store visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all visitors. The RSA is an integral member of the Museum team, responsible for day-to-day operations in The Shop. Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone. Conduct customer transactions/interactions in a professional manner. Help maintain a neat and clean Shop environment. Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise. Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The seasonal position is critical during the busy summer season, between May and September.
