You can look forward to Analysing reinsurance requests from our clients, including sound risk assessment Preparation and execution of quotations as well as making responsible underwriting decisions Active maintenance and strategic development of long-term client relationships, as well as market monitoring within the assigned region Contribution to the creation and evaluation of portfolio and product analyses, including the use of statistical methods for data analysis Development of calculation tools and models to automate and improve efficiency in underwriting Execution of exploratory data analyses, as well as interpretation and preparation of reinsurance results to enhance performance You come equipped with Master's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, (Business) Mathematics, or a comparable program with a quantitative focus Proficient in at least one high-level programming language (e.g. R or Python), statistical methods and modern IT tools for data analysis Initial practical experience in the insurance sector, ideally in corporate client services, actuarial work, or the financial sector in Latin America Regional ties to Latin America and knowledge of local accounting regulations; ideally also experience with IFRS Native speaker skills in Portuguese and proficient us
