In this key role, you will be responsible for Group-wide financial solutions and act as a connecting interface between Finance, IT and international stakeholders. You will lead an experienced team and actively shape the further development of our financial processes and systems in the context of the digital transformation of the insurance industry. You can look forward to Technical and managerial leadership and further development of your team of currently seven employees Responsibility for finance IT solutions within the record-to-report process in the finance consolidation domain Analysis and implementation of system changes Identification of standardisation and automation potential and its implementation in the solutions under your responsibility Cost and effort estimation for change requests Responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support in the analysis of incidents and problems Participation in the strategic development of the department with regard to new forms of cooperation and the introduction of new technologies in the course of digital change in the insurance industry You come equipped with Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, (business) informatics or mathematics or a comparable qualification Seve
