About the Role Under general supervision, the R&D Electronics Engineer (Senior) serves as a technical lead on development projects supporting next-generation downhole drilling technologies. This role contributes to the design, analysis, validation, and commercialization of advanced electronics systems and subsystems that must operate reliably in harsh downhole environments, including high temperature, shock, vibration, and pressure conditions. At the Principal level, the role expands to include broader technical leadership, system architecture influence, and mentorship across complex electronics development programs.
