Operator Assistant I - Service Operator I - Artificial Lift Leduc We are looking for the right people - people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead. Job Duties Under direct supervision, responsible for spooling the cable as it is pulled from the field site hole. Works closely with the Service Operators and Service Supervisors in the installation of the cable into the field site hole. Loads, performs pre-trip inspection, transports cable spool from the shop to the field site location and rig up. Responsible for unloading cable at the shop and reloading for next trip. Prepares paperwork to include DOT requirements, IFTA reports, billable and non- billable hours and mileage. Completes training on safety, cable shop procedures and learn about installations from field trips. Handles pull of cable on to the spool at the field site location. Develops a basic understanding of energy industry activities and artificial lift products and services at the shop and well site. Learns all relevant company HSE policies and procedures and to demonstrate their application.
