Job Duties Under broad direction, acts as a regional subject matter expert and provides technical expertise including; Ownership of Design of Service (DOS), Initiating DOS plan, requirements and timelines. Engaging with customer technical team and provide technical guidance where needed, Ensuring suitable engineering solutions from TSS portfolio are being deployed, Leading the DOS preparations for the identified Critical Wells, Advising country teams on technical requirements and assessing country readiness while coaching and mentoring country teams, Auditing the DOS delivery process for Compliance with customer/scope requirements and adherence to service quality and global processes, Identify engineering software requirements, Provide guidance on possible improvement areas in the engineering design, Consulting with Global Technical Advisors for final assess quality of DOS. Independently applies advanced engineering techniques, makes decisions on engineering problems and methods, and represents the organization in conferences to resolve important questions or to negotiate with key engineers and officials
