Role is centered on enhancing equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and bridging the gap between engineering design, field execution, and business objectives. Lead and support the implementation of maintenance improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution. Translate field insights into engineering actions to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and optimize preventive maintenance programs. Collaborate closely with operations and local leadership to secure buy-in and ensure effective project deployment. Provide technical guidance and on-site support for maintenance technology trials and reliability-focused initiatives. Analyze maintenance performance data and develop recommendations to improve equipment availability and cost efficiency. Applying high class maintenance concepts over the local equipment.
