Job Duties Routinely work across different well site environments, including onshore, offshore, and base camp operations, as assigned by the Service Coordinator; Coordinate and oversee Testing & Subsea (Subsea Safety Systems) Product Service Line (PSL) activities at the well site and base camp; Plan and execute operational activities, including equipment setup, well site supervision, and customer support; Maintain, set up, test, and operate equipment at customer locations and field camps; Mentor and train junior Service Specialists in technical and operational areas; Monitor instruments and perform required calculations to ensure data and job quality; Provide technical support to customers, promote strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction with service results; Ensure proper maintenance of assigned equipment and compliance with all safety regulations and procedures; Support loading, preparation, and mobilization of Testing & Subsea (Subsea Safety Systems) equipment for operations; Conduct pre-job toolbox talks, review and validate job plans with customer representatives, manage oper
