Forward Deployed Engineer New York City | OnSite We're looking for a technically sharp, customer-obsessed problem solver to be the bridge between our platform and the prospects and customers it needs to win over. Your mission: be the technical voice in the room during sales cycles, run flawless demos and prospect visits, and once the deal is closed, make every onboarding seamless and every environment perfectly tuned. You'll be embedded across Sales and Customer Success and operate like an engineer in the field - joining prospect calls and onsite visits, running technical demos, fielding security and integration questions in real time, and carrying that momentum straight into implementation: building, configuring, and troubleshooting in customer environments, handling data migrations and integrations, and solving high-priority technical challenges at speed. You'll work directly with prospects, customers, our product team, and engineering to win deals and deliver high-quality implementations.
