THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Staff Program Manager to our CorpTech team in Brazil! This is a Remote - Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. YOUR IMPACT - Deliver products initiatives using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently; - Stay on top of program initiatives schedules, providing clarity of risks, deadlines, and efforts to stakeholders; - Lead the collaborative cross-team decision - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team; - Lead initiative across squads, connecting the required parts and organizing interdependencies across other focus areas; - Facilitate decision-making on changes in product development, ensuring consequences are understood, and changes are visible. - Apply experience, practical
