Position Purpose: The Sr Data Privacy Officer is responsible for managing the company's Data Privacy Compliance Program which ensures compliance with all applicable data privacy and data protection laws and advise on artificial intelligence related matters Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Prepare and maintain documentation applicable to the company's Data Privacy Compliance Program (e.g., templates, processes, memoranda, research and written summaries, etc.) in well-organized files that may be subject to periodic internal and external audit. Manage processes applicable to the Data Privacy Compliance Program which may include data mapping, investigation and documentation of data incidents, etc. Conduct reviews to identify potential areas of improvement within the program and develop, implement, and test improved processes and procedures to address those areas. Serve as a key point of contact for privacy‑related inquiries, including but not limited to negotiation of privacy-related contractual terms, and facilitate effective communication across teams.
