Position Purpose Support the Global Property department in delivering project and property management solutions that meet the company's real estate and facility needs. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end project management for new and renovated facilities, including major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural system replacements. Partner with internal teams and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers) to plan, design, and execute projects. Prepare and administer agreements with designers, consultants, and contractors. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. Drive facilities readiness and support business continuity planning across business units. Implement and maintain computerized maintenance management and building automation systems.
