Logistics Specialist Lead for G650 Fuselage Materials Savannah, GA in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 7 years experience in stockroom, warehouse or inventory control activities. 2 years progressive responsibility and recognized leadership qualities. CDI qualified for Customer Support. Valid Driver's License required. Position Purpose: Coordinate the operation of assigned stockroom functions, ensuring that all materials are processed in a responsive manner and adhere to corporate quality and safety standards. Provide work direction to employees in policies, procedures and safety regulations. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Monitor the receiving, stocking, disbursement, and/or shipping of material, ensuring that all paperwork and system transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Make high impact decisions effecting material flow (performance to schedule) and handling of high dollar inventory. Establish priorities to ensure efficient operations; plans and assigns work, provides input about employee performance, recommends recognition, rewards, and disciplinary actions as required. Train newly assigned personnel and retrains employees on all material handling procedures. Identifies skills training requirements for assigned personnel and initiates as required.
