Interior Lead *Multiple Shifts* Savannah, GA in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 5 years Aircraft Interior experience required or equivalent for the applicable position; i.e. Sheetmetal, Cabinetry, Finish, or Upholstery. FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of start date. A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred. Repairman certificate preferred. Position Purpose: Under general direction, assist with directing and coordinating all activities and personnel involved with interior modification of aircraft to ensure timely and cost effective fulfillment of delivery schedules and optimum quality and standards. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Develop work schedules, estimates and status reports; aids in establishing priorities and assigns works to subordinates to meet or exceed scheduled commitments. Coordinate work assignments with other departments and works closely with engineering and contract administrators to ensure proper fabrication and completion of assigned tasks. Ensure all workmanship is of highest quality; provide recommendations for continuous quality and process improvement and reduction of cycle time.
