About this role

GU Tech ILT Specialist Sr Appleton, WI in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years experience in aviation industry to include at least 3 years of training experience. Relative Gulfstream experience preferred.. Position Purpose: Under minimal supervision, facilitate courses in assigned area of expertise, technical, regulatory, safety or manufacturing. Will be involved in training design and existing course enhancements in conjunction with instructional designer. Supports training at all Gulfstream facilities as required. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Conduct classroom and practical training to support Manufacturing and Repair Stations in the build, maintenance, and repair of Gulfstream aircraft. To include structures, avionics, composites, torque, Click Bond, Permaswage, regulatory and safety training required. for compliance with FAA, CAAC, OSHA, EPA, etc. as well as computer software training as requested at all GAC facilities. Acts as internal consultant on training issues within area of expertise (technical, regulatory, safety or manufacturing). Partners with Instructional Design team to support training needs analyses and other strategies to meet identified needs and corporate objectives independently. Interfaces with team members to ensure comprehensive and timely responses to training issues.
