GU Tech ILT Specialist - Compliance Savannah, GA in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years experience in aviation industry. preferred. 1 year training experience. Position Purpose: Under limited supervision, facilitate technical, regulatory, or manufacturing training curriculum. May be involved in course design and existing course enhancements in conjunction with Sr. Technical Trainer or Instructional Designer. Supports training at all GAC facilities as required. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Conduct classroom and practical training to support Manufacturing and Repair Stations in the build, maintenance, and repair of Gulfstream aircraft. To include structures, avionics, composites, torque, Click Bond, Permaswage, regulatory and safety training required. for compliance with FAA, EASA, CAAC, OSHA, EPA, etc. as well as computer software training as requested at all GAC facilities. Ensure all necessary training materials (course outlines, lesson plans, books, handouts, presentations, CBTs) meet training objectives while maintaining established departmental, company, and training provider standards..
