ERP Solution Specialist Lead Savannah, GA in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 12 years of experience as an IT professional with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines which includes six (6) years specific ERP development / deployment experience. 2 years of experience leading professional employees. Master's Degree may be used to offset one (1) year of experience; PhD may offset two (2) years of experience. Position Purpose: This is a direct management and technical leadership role within the Gulfstream Business Technology organization for the ERP team. Responsible for team performance by ensuring deliverables are prioritized and delivered to agreed schedule and budget. This role is also responsible for budgeting, hiring / termination, employee development, employee reviews, and project management as required. This technical thought leadership role extends to performing detailed requirements documentation, configuration, testing, and application / business process strategy based on extensive hands on experience.
