Aircraft Completions Supervisor Savannah, GA in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of related technical experience. Position Purpose: The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the work of a team. Span of control targeted at 10-15 individuals. The Supervisor will ensure that day-to-day Compls shop tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. They will handle scheduling, training, and immediate problem solving. Plans and schedules workloads, ensuring manpower and material come together supporting workflow targets. Complies with all duties and responsibilities set forth in the repair station inspection manual and the standard operating procedures manual. Accountable for maintaining the engagement of the team by establishing environment of collaboration, creating a culture of development where employees are supported in seeking growth opportunities, and guiding team to high quality performance. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Ensure accurate and meaningful communication flow between leadership and team to ensure alignment. Conduct regular contribution and development discussions (end-of-year discussions and 1:1) and supports development investment for all team members. Establish and cascade departmental goals to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Delivery timely Progressive Counseling when necessary to maintain safety, compliance, & appropriate behavior amongst team. Ensures all department work is complet
