Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. About the Role: We are looking for a highly product-driven, execution-oriented leader to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of foundational systems that power new patient acquisition channels, support early complex partnerships, and enable experimentation in emerging markets. You'll lead a newly formed, nimble, and highly executive-aligned team where engineering work directly influences strategic direction and company-wide growth. This leader must bring clarity to ambiguity, operate with a founder's mindset, and build a scalable, high-performance team that can ship meaningful outcomes rapidly.
