Grindr is seeking a strategic, hands on, Health Regulatory Counsel. In this role, you will be a core founding member of the fast-growing Grindr health business providing guidance and leadership on health regulatory, compliance, product, and privacy matters. You'll be a trusted advisor and daily contributor to high-impact decisions. At Grindr, we operate in Grindr Mode. Moderately hardcore day to day, truly hardcore when it counts. This is a hybrid role based in our SF, NYC, or LA office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays. About the Job: - Serve as the founding legal partner for Grindr's health business, advising on the full spectrum of U.S. healthcare regulatory and privacy considerations as the company builds and scales its health offerings. - Advise on telehealth regulatory requirements, including corporate practice of medicine (CPOM), multi-state licensing, anti-kickback requirements, prescribing restrictions, and state-by-state compliance considerations, supporting the design and expansion of Grindr's care delivery model. - Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Privacy and Operations teams to
